Rebecca Ho is a Registered Psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. She offers a warm, grounded, and authentic space where clients can explore the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain. Rebecca believes therapy begins with genuine human connection and creating a space where people feel safe enough to show up fully as themselves.
Her approach is integrative and relational, drawing from psychodynamic and depth-oriented therapy, attachment theory, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness, and EMDR-informed principles. She works with concerns including anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Rebecca has particular interests in working with educators and creative arts. Her style balances insight-oriented exploration with practical support, while leaving room for curiosity, humour, and authenticity in the therapy process.
Rebecca offers both in-person and virtual sessions in Alberta.
